Are there any setup fees or monthly minimums?
No setup fees for any of our plans. The Starter and Professional plans have no monthly minimums - you only pay for successful transactions. Enterprise plans may include monthly fees depending on your specific requirements and SLA needs.
What counts as a transaction in your pricing?
We charge per successful payment transaction. Failed transactions, refunds, and chargebacks are not counted towards your transaction fees. Partial refunds are charged proportionally based on the refunded amount.
Can I switch between plans as my business grows?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time to access additional features and better rates. Downgrades are also possible with 30 days' notice. Our team will help you choose the right plan based on your current and projected transaction volumes.
Do you offer volume discounts for high-volume merchants?
Yes, Enterprise clients receive custom pricing based on their transaction volumes and specific requirements. We also offer interchange-plus pricing models for very high-volume merchants. Contact our sales team to discuss volume-based pricing.
